Essi helped me picked up and installed a new Bosch dishwasher in my rental unit. I am extremely happy with his services. He is very kind, efficient and super easy to communicate with. I didn't have a chance to meet him in person, but his professionism made the whole process seamless. He is also very honest, letting me know that the accessory I bought for the dishwasher was not necessary and should be returned. Essi is amazing! My Gaggenau fridge/freezer stopped working entirely on Friday. Essi came on Saturday morning during a long weekend. He fixed the fridge along with a few other problems. He is professional and efficient. He also has a calming and reassuring energy. I would highly recommend him!

Hero appliance service is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Essi is the BEST you can ask for!! He is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, thorough and trustworthy. He gives you an update of what issue he found momentarily, and let you know what he thinks it's the best options to fix the problem. He helped me with my bosch oven and hood fan light. Even though everything was acting properly when he was there, he still stayed an extra hour to test everything and saved me a couple hundreds bucks on parts. I was greatly appreciated! You can trust him and his service will satisfied your need 100%!!
